Tara will take a group of people for meditations at the different Vortexes August 6-7, 2011, Saturday and Sunday.

Sedona is considered a Spiritual Power Place and Native American Holy Ground. The Vortexes have long been studied and spoken about…and the beauty alone is breathtaking.

Tara will start with a past life therapy meditation in each of the vortexes. We will discuss the past lives. Then right there in the vortex we’ll start to work on alleviating the issues or blocks through deep meditation, imagery analysis and understanding. You’ll be able to gain insight on Relationships (Family or Romance), Health, Money, Happiness, Spiritual, or phobia/fears. She will lead Healings of Body, Mind and Spirit at each Vortex – we will work individually and as a group.

Tara will conduct automatic writing sessions and encourage journaling your hopes, aspirations and overcoming.

The Vortexes are labeled masculine and feminine. We will focus on our inner power in the feminine – what do you want to be when you grow up…who am I….Am I the person I long to be…how do I love….where is my talent and skill……..how can I be clear and clean within myself. The outer power is the masculine – who do I appear to be…Am I who I thought I’d be…where’s my vitality level…..what do I want……am I experiencing my purpose….what are my antidotes. And the list of questions you have for yourself that you can share.

This will not be a hiking seminar, rather a time to really connect and flourish within the vortex energy. So we won’t be going very far in. We will find a comfortable place and be there for hours at a time to do our inner work in an outdoor vortex setting.

August in Sedona – supplies: we will need water, sun block, a hat, correct shoes, if you want to sit on something or bring your crystals and different treasures you can.

Sedona Mystic Training

with Tara Sutphen

The Mystic Training is learning to tap into excellence and merit on our human journey through the exploration of psychic knowledge and connection with the other side. Insight leads us out of vagueness. Not everyone seeks to decipher past blunders or catch a glimpse of the future as it might unfold, but those who do want to search for meaning to their dilemmas and gain confidence to live an important and rewarding life. Opening the five senses leads to deeper- consciousness. Countless are predominant in one or two areas of reaction, never allowing the full range of sensations to enter their mind. Tara will lead exercises into opening the five zones of perceiving.

And delving into the realm of the other side using meditation techniques to invoke contact with our dearly departed, the Holy Ones and Helpers. Tara instructs how to regulate personal vibrancy and align to the flow of materialization. These types of Sorcing exercises were taught among the Egyptians, Druids, Shaman, Priests, and Monks in the great Mystery Schools of the World.

Learning to manifest the splendor in all things, we want our relationships, love, success, happiness, family, great health, money, knowledge, wisdom to be the best it can be. Happy Summer Solstice

Summer  Solstice, Midsummer, Litha

By Tara Sutphen

21st June

“In the world’s audience hall, the simple blade of grass sits on the same carpet with the sunbeams, and the stars of midnight” – Rabindranath Tagore (Indian Poet, Playwright and Essayist, Won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1913, 1861-1941)

Summer Solstice marks the end of the waxing year.  And the rays of the sun directly strike one of the two tropical latitude lines.  June 21 marks the beginning of summer in the northern hemisphere, as  winter begins in the southern hemisphere. On this day, the earth’s “circle of luminescence” will be from the Arctic Circle to the Antarctic Circle. The equator receives twelve hours of daylight, as there will be 24 hours of daylight at the North Pole and 24 hours of darkness at the South Pole. All over the world people honor this day as an important reminder of the apex of light and to cast away evil and their problems. Northern Hemisphere inhabitants use June 21 as the day of celebration, but the splendor of light lasts from new moon to full moon.

Worshipping the Sun’s great power, all cultures celebrate in some way. Celts and Slavs dance around bonfires while Chinese marked the day honoring Li, the Goddess of Light. The celebrants of modern and ancient ceremonies tune in that life comes from the sun. It is life giving and life supporting.  We’ve recently had the good fortune to have electricity, greenhouses, and shipment suppliers. How will you celebrate? We all may not get a chance to dance around the bonfire but it’s a time to bask in the light, sit in the sun, cast our worries away and awaken to our lives.

Full Moon of Horses

Full Moon of Horses

By Tara Sutphen

Full Moon of Horses at 24* Sagittarius will culminate June 15, 2011 1:13pm pdt/4:13pm edt (almanac) with a Total Eclipse. This Full Moon called by its Celtic name – “Moon of Horses” is an opportunity to evaluate how you handle your emotions and the extremes you find yourself at times. With the moon comes a most powerful time of the earth’s seas being moved by the gravitational pull of the earth and with a total eclipse, you may be feeling even more restless or sensitive. Usually aspects take you off of your demonstrative nature. But not this full moon, it’s set in the fixed star Aculeus, thus setting the aspect in the Scorpion’s tail. The unrest may be drumming up unfinished business in the most peaceful of people. Where do things go amiss and where do things go correctly. Decisions, have they been right or wrong. Are you using your personal power or mismanaging it. Do you even express what you deem influence and potential. Are you capable of so much more and unable to crest your energy to activate skill and talent. You can’t have talent unless you make the effort to risk and try.

Everyone has a rage level, we were born with it and must learn to manage it. Although for some reason many people don’t handle anger correctly at the time and a morass of confusion precipitates. Inferiority, resentment, irritation can go on for some time before we are willing to look at what doesn’t create an environment to thrive. Are you assertive and confident or having aggressive tendencies. Aggression is when you find your-self yelling at others aimlessly, becoming insistent, and uncompromising and with passive behavior locked emotionally away in an imprisoned set of rules and agony. How can we use defeat to further ourselves as we bumbe ahead, clumsily allowing our lives to be perplexed and sometimes it’s hurtful, if not slowly or unwittingly destroying ours or others lives. Where does insight begin, and does it make or break us.

A first thought would be to start making ourselves strong in body. When we feel good, generally we are confident. We have the wit to say yes and no to good or bad. As we regain a course of action, focus on a target and add intensity, these can be used as a tool toward a direction. Sounds easy, putting it into action is always the test…as we can dream and talk, talk and talk more. We can make a conscious decision to use an upset as a ‘road sign’ to move in another direction, this can give movement to actions and reactions, bringing greater circumstances into a personal sphere. You take the high road or low road…it’s that simple.

Deliberation is the banal of focus and to create a life of vivid beauty we must put up with some degree of disdain and unruliness. This does not bode well for all who seek peace and gentleness, but even in nature there must be a yin to the yang. To become one with ourselves we must accept all the facets of our innate fear and shadows, for to cast light on them will bring us out of darkness.

“The only justice is to follow the sincere intuition of the soul, angry or gentle. Anger is just, and pity is just, but judgment is never just.” ~D.H. Lawrence quotes (British Poet, Novelist and Essayist, 1885-1930)
