Full Snow Moon

Full Snow Moon

By Tara Sutphen

The Full Snow Moon (Native American) at 8* Virgo will culminate on February 27, 2021 12:19 PM PT / 3:19 AM ET (Farmers Almanac).

This Snow Moon reminds you to look in the mirror and admire yourself. You are the scientific progress of Gods best human specimen, you are a living miracle. Hold that thought. Remember you have come to earth to be the best you. Are you holding up well. How is your intellect, emotions, physical stamina these days. You might wonder how to concentrate on what you need. What are your innermost desires. Looking deeper into your yearnings. If you don’t feel you are living up to your potential, you need to start making slow and steady changes to enhance your mind, body, and lifestyle.

When it comes to strengthening the mind, it’s not about dulling it down. People confuse themselves with all sorts of sidetracking. You can collect medicines, bad foods, superficial ideas, sleep deprivation, incompatible people and many other influences.

Changes usually are simple and natural. Don’t wait until it’s too late to make uncomplicated choices to fix your life. Feeding oneself is not only about food. For the brain, it’s about ideas and wisdom. We reason to make rationale and sound choices. We might have an idea of what our existence should look like. But is it matching how your life is occurring day to day. You generally know what you don’t want, there are guidelines to achieve what you do.

What are some of the solutions you could come up for yourself in fixing what isn’t working. Change happens with a psychological choice and follow through. To gain respect you must be respectful. To gain knowledge, you must study. To gain wisdom you must be insightful. To be healthy in every way we must follow the path of grace.

——Become a person with inner depth. Virtues are cornerstones to building a strong foundation. Be sympathetic on yourself, which may mean you have to be strong enough to let your ego rest and actually be willing to develop and round out some of the cardinal virtues.

—-“Men acquire a particular quality by constantly acting a particular way… you become just by performing just actions, temperate by performing temperate actions, brave by performing brave actions.”

How to have Positive Emotions

How to have Positive Emotions:
Soothe the self. Learn to feel okay. Practice peace of mind. Actuate your emotions into feeling self-assurance or come back to your inner sanctum. You don’t need to create disorder, and don’t react when others are creating chaos or over-reacting. This is about you, and your progression in life. Don’t let others set the tone on what you’re to feel. It’s not a “letting go”, but a “letting it be”. ~Tara Sutphen #rejuvenation #reactivate #tarasutphen #mindfulness #meditation #tarasutphenprivatesessions #tarainsightdotcom

Imbolc – Candlemas

Imbolc Blessings

By Tara Sutphen

the Sabbats, it is an ancient festival generally celebrated on January 31, February 1, or February 2. It is also known as Candlemas, Brighid (“breed/bride”), and Oimelc (“EE-mulk”) which means ewe’s milk. It is the time of year halfway between December 21, the winter Solstice (Yule) and March 21, the spring Equinox (Ostara). Imbolc is in the middle of winter, but is the optimism of spring. The Egyptians and the Romans also celebrated this time, as it was the earth goddess giving birth to the Sun God. The time to ready seeds for the planting of food. A time of planning weddings, love, and romance. Days are getting longer and hope is renewed. The celebration is to light candles. Night of white candles turns the darkness into light.
