Full Wolf Moon

By Tara Sutphen

The Full Wolf Moon (Native American) at 13* Cancer will culminate, January 3, 2026, 2:03 am pacific/5:03 am Eastern (Ephemeris). This Cancer Full Moon is about activating your speaking abilities. Knowing that your friends and loved ones need constructive conversations with you.

In this transformative period under the Cancer Full Moon, the cosmos is beckoning us to engage in meaningful dialogues. The emphasis is on activating our speaking abilities. Our voices hold the power to heal, inspire, and connect to our family and friends. As long as we detach from negativity and embrace constructive conversations. It’s essential to follow our best advice, guided by a clear sense of right and wrong. Putting a touch of enthusiasm into our speech. As we organize our thoughts, we should be vigilant of red flags, recognizing when situations may lead us astray. This clarity of thought will empower us to articulate our dreams, desires, and aspirations, both for ourselves and those around us.

This lunar phase also lets us know that listening becomes as vital as speaking. We should explore but not linger on what has hindered us in the past… be it a lack of knowledge, a health regime, or emotional barriers. But it’s important to honor our personal paths and realize that every bump and heartache has created you a bigger and better person.

As we stand at the threshold of renewal, we must acknowledge that this moment is a gift, allowing us to reconnect with our soul’s intentions. The journey of self-discovery and reawakening involves embracing the innocence and readiness we possessed at birth. We are called to reclaim lost parts of ourselves, merging them back into our essence. Life is an adventure, and as we embark on this journey, we realize that the path to balance and harmony is often marked by simplicity and common sense.

*How to become powerful: You must have role models to emulate; you don’t always have to be liked, but you must fulfill what people need. You will have to have a “Strategy and Skill”. You will keep strategizing, knowing how to guide yourselves and others into growth and abundance. Be careful, as you can end up working in boring jobs for many years and gain no real power or prestige. You can want recognition. But there is only one thing to remember and again plan for, power has “an end”. You will be usurped by the younger generation or go out of vogue in some way. If you can be fair and aboveboard, you’ll gain respect along with money. You can keep going forward, having a great life, well-earned, and be treated nicely in old age.

*Using your Intuition: Using your intuition and psychic ability to move forward. Feeling good about the decisions you make. Knowing when wrong feelings happen, they can indicate going in the wrong direction.

*When meditating, remember you’re going to go past your mind, and it’s set ideas, and proceed toward the heart, taking it deeper, releasing false sentiments, and just float in your divinity, going deeper and deeper to your very essence. Reaching into the core of your being. Shift into knowing you will begin to float in calmness as the eclipse takes away anxiety and confusion, replaced is gifts of knowledge and wisdom, quality of time, and being one with your adventure on earth.

Item : The Sacred Circle
Meditation By Tara Sutphen

Following Tara’s “under the stars” induction, you travel to a sacred stone circle in the middle of a meadow. Here, in the center of the circle, you meet a beautiful woman dressed in chiffon. As she chants, you experience an expanding vortex of power within: “Where light meets darkness … where the beginning encircles the end … where joy nullifies pain … we now choose to slip between the worlds beyond time, beyond space, and we invoke the positive powers of the Universe to assist us to manifest our desires.” Chakra balancing is followed with an inspiration ritual in which you open your heart and mind to the limitless positive potentials of life on earth. You withdraw an object from a box that relates to your purpose. Walking counterclockwise you recall a happy event from the past and transmit the vibrations into the present. A clock becomes a symbol placed in the circle to assist you make the most of your valuable time. Much more. 30 Minutes.TS216

Meet Tara Sutphen | Author, Hypnotherapist, Metaphysician & Radio Host

December 22, 2025 Leave a reply

We had the good fortune of connecting with Tara Sutphen, and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tara, we’d love to hear what makes you happy. Tara:  Looking inside to be cheerful. Even when I’m not sure of what that looks like, as happiness is a work in progress of fleeting feelings. Life is about presence, being genuine, and authentic. So many people struggle with shyness, lack of confidence, and fear. I love hypnotherapy as it bolsters the spirit, eases the mind, and sparks the body into activation. I use my psychic and hypnotherapist abilities to offer solutions. There is always a way out. My inner happiness may not always be giddy, but I’m deeply content; my path came early… to help others is my calling. Oh, and, deep happiness for me too… is to love horses, I do horse therapy too.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans, and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work. Tara: I could say it wasn’t a planned career, but every person I’ve met and all the events I’ve experienced are predestined. I faced many trials on my journey, which gave me a great depth of empathy and understanding. I am content and fulfilled with my purpose. I have always combined hypnotherapy and psychic ability together with my clients, students, and seminar groups.

At merely six weeks old, I danced with death, a fragile infant caught in a 7 1/2 hour surgery, given last rites, and not expected to survive. The NDE I had gave me an awareness that would guide me. As a baby and toddler, I was very aware of everyone’s issues and feelings. At eight years old, I was hemorrhaging and moved onto the operating table just as I had the last gasp, experiencing the euphoria and white light and having conversations with Ethereal beings. Yet another close call further deepened my awareness of mortality. It was during these moments that my psychic abilities emerged even further, leading me to connections with shaman, priests, and holy humans. They recognized in me as a kindred spirit, a vessel of untapped potential, and approached me easily. When I was young, I thought everyone experienced this…my world has been filled with “the seers”.

Raised in diverse environments, from the streets of the San Francisco Bay Area to the serene landscapes of Alaska, my upbringing was infused with a rich tapestry of cultural influences. The deep connection to nature, my horses, and the spiritual realm is evident in my practices, as I incorporate elements of shamanism and mysticism into my sessions.

I found that the combination of hypnotherapy and psychic intuition created a powerful synergy. Hypnotherapy allowed clients to access their subconscious, uncovering hidden fears and traumas, while my psychic abilities offered insights that transcended the conventional therapeutic boundaries. When I first ventured into the realm of hypnotherapy, it was with a sense of curiosity and purpose. I began to psychically connect using my innate divination skills. I sought to delve deeper into the subconscious of the querent. The practice of Telepathy, Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Clairsentience, and Automatic-Writing became bridges, allowing me to channel insights and messages that emerged during in-depth trance sessions. In this sacred space, clients would often relive their past traumas, uncover fragments of past lives, or past experiences of this life, where they sought my perceptions in each session. I’d uncover hidden layers of their issues while they were under hypnosis. I would be looking for solutions and seeking direction for their issues and problems. My experiences fostered a profound understanding of life, death, and the unseen forces that bind us all. This unique journey has not only shaped my career but has also sculpted my philosophy toward healing and self-discovery.

My purpose has crystallized into a mission of healing, understanding, and growth. The trials I faced—each near-death experience, each moment of vulnerability—have become my greatest teachers, guiding me to serve others with compassion and insight.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?Tara Exploring the Soul of Los Angeles with Friends!

When welcoming a friend to the vibrant city of Los Angeles, I always aim to craft an experience that is as refreshing as it is fulfilling. Upon picking them up at the airport, my first stop is always “Cafe Gratitude” in Venice, known for its nourishing, plant-based dishes that leave you feeling energized and inspired. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for rekindling our friendship after a long flight. As they head off to bed I give the a Nuskin rejuvenating and hydration face mask to use.

After a restful night, before coffee, I offer them a Lifewave X39 patch, to stimulate light wavelengths which help activate stem cells. I then love to introduce my friends to the healing power of horses. We head to the most serene location, my barn, where I offer horse therapy, allowing them to connect with these magnificent creatures. Whether it’s on a massage table or engaging in shamanic exercises, this experience is transformative and grounding. Following our equine adventures, we unwind with infused herbal teas at The Healing Tree in Thousand Oaks, a cozy spot that promotes relaxation and rejuvenation.

As the sun sets, it’s time to indulge in the culinary richness of LA. The city is a treasure trove of Mexican cuisine, and I often recommend Sabor in Valencia for a delightful dinner. The ambiance is enchanting, and the flavors are authentic, making it an unforgettable dining experience. Other favorite evening spots include The Odyssey in Granada Hills, where you can enjoy stunning views alongside delicious meals, and Cafe Habana in Malibu, known for its vibrant atmosphere and flavorful dishes.

For a touch of elegance, Gracias Madre in Beverly Hills offers a unique twist on traditional Mexican food, featuring organic and locally sourced ingredients. If my friends are in the mood for a romantic setting, Tra di Noi in Malibu is a must-visit, combining Italian flair.

During their visit, I also love to explore the natural beauty of the area. We stroll through the Huntington Gardens, a serene escape filled with lush landscapes and diverse plant collections, or visit the Lake Shrine, a peaceful spot ideal for meditation and reflection. And of course, no trip to LA would be complete without a wander along the beautiful beaches, where the sound of the waves provides a perfect backdrop for heartfelt conversations. Gallery’s, movies, plays and events are a must in the city as well.

Lastly, I often set up a session at my treatment room for some hypnotherapy from me, allowing my friend to unwind and explore the depths of their consciousness in a supportive environment.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?“Born Again to Be Together” is a heartfelt testament to the profound connections and unwavering support that shape our lives. Central to this narrative is Cynthia Hudson, the inspiring owner of Aspiring Magazine, whose encouragement ignites a flame of creativity not just within me but in countless other Angelenos. Her friendship acts as a beacon, guiding us to produce work that not only inspires but also aspires us to reach new heights.

The bonds I share with my best friends, Carmen Anderson and Marla Maples, are woven through decades of unwavering support and soul-deep connections. Each shared laugh, tear, and triumph adds layers to our friendship, making it a sanctuary where we can be our true selves. I often reflect on how fortunate I am to have collected such incredible individuals in my life. They are the very essence of humanity—kind, encouraging, and relentlessly uplifting.

Family plays an equally significant role in this tapestry of love and support. My family—William, Hunter, Cheyenne, and Everest—stand by me like pillars, offering strength and reassurance. The love from my brothers, Scott and Jason, my sister Amy, and our dear mother, Marianne, is an unwavering force that reminds me that no matter the challenges we face, love is always the answer.

This narrative isn’t merely about the people who surround me; it’s a celebration of the community we build together—a community that thrives on encouragement, camaraderie, and the shared belief that we can achieve greatness when we uplift one another. In a world that often feels chaotic, these relationships remind me that love and support can conquer all, and together, we can rise and aspire to be even more.

In my book “Soul Writers,” I have woven the essence of my friendship with Jess Stearn into a tapestry of shared wisdom and exploration. Jess was not just a friend; he was a kindred spirit, a beacon of light in my life, and our decades-long friendship.

Jess Stearn (April 27, 1914 – March 27, 2002) was an American journalist and author of more than thirty books, nine of which were bestsellers. We met in Hollywood at an Italian restaurant where people came to sing “opera”. The Lords of Fate clapped that day. Jess soon introduced me to my future husband, whom I married on his deck overlooking the ocean in Malibu. Each baby I had, he was present with the family in the waiting room. But he was especially tickled when I had a baby on his birthday! All holidays and everyday life was filled with camaraderie.

As we navigated topics like the power of intention, the significance of dreams, and the potential of human consciousness, I felt an exhilarating sense of awakening. He taught me that the boundaries of reality were often self-imposed, and that the exploration of metaphysics and the paranormal was not just an intellectual pursuit but a deeply personal journey toward understanding oneself and the universe.

As the years passed and my own work began to unfold, I started to realize how profoundly our paths had intertwined. Coincidentally, my research and pursuits began to mirror some of his own. The themes we once discussed—reincarnation, the nature of consciousness, and the exploration of psychic phenomena—found their way into my professional life. I found myself writing, teaching, and sharing insights that echoed the very ideas we had passionately debated on those warm evenings filled with laughter, wonder and lots of orange juice and/or my home cooking..

The experience of automatic writing has been both humbling and exhilarating. It is as if Jess, in his new form, is still passionately exploring the very questions that once consumed him. Each session feels like a dialogue with his spirit, as if we are continuing the conversations we once had, albeit on a different plane of existence. The messages that emerge are often profound, shedding light on the nature of the soul, the continuity of consciousness, and the interconnectedness of all beings. He challenged me to think critically and to embrace a unique voice, reminding me that every story is worth telling.

___ Rebirthing is a deep personal journey. There can be worn-out methods of how you’ve done things before. Whether it’s been failed relationships or losing your confidence and footing. Full Sturgeon Moon

The Full Sturgeon Moon (Native American) at 17* Aquarius will culminate, on August 9, 2025, 12:55 AM PST/3:55 PM EST (Farmers Almanac).

This Full Sturgeon Moon is about being Devoted. Not to a cause, but rather those you love or feel deeply. You may daydream on who your best friend is or who your heart loves and why. Those why’s may not add up to your standards. it’s not about finding perfection in life, its about finding the kindred spirits who spark our life in a perfectionistic way. Whether we are taken off our path or placed solidly on one and pushed forward; you know deep inside what is right, who is right and if you must… wait patiently for the right people to show up.

When you were a child, what did your inner best friend look like? Did anyone spark you deep devotion and loyalty? Who sparked it when you were older? Has your best friends and loved ones continued to be the sparks and the deep fire of life in your heart? And if its dimmed, where is the devotion in you? How do you keep it all alive…just as you keep you body alive…

Practicing an inner dialog with your younger self, allows you to progress into who you would like to become. It’s not about what happened in the past, it’s only about concentrating on the future. It’s about jumping from your childhood to a new starting point. A fresh standpoint is where you begin believing in yourself and your dreams. Visions of a potential you. You always have enough time to begin a changed aspect of yourself. Or to reach a cherished goal on your bucket list.

Reacting positively toward yourself, allows you to create situations of trust and calmness. People seldom gather their thoughts and wits in disappointment. Allow yourself to stop to listen and learn. If you have to dig deep, then start digging. Allow yourself to start dreaming of the real you. And… the real devoted you.

How to become a Better Friend:

  1. Be Present & Listen
  2. Show Empathy and Validate their Feelings
  3. Be Reliable and Keep Commitments
  4. Communicate Sincerely and Honestly
  5. Celebrate Them and offer Practical Support
  6. Respect Boundaries and Offer Solutions
  7. Invest Time and Share Experiences

_____ It’s important to set ourselves in a direction for success and attracting others and their light to help light our way. The key to flourishing is honest reflection. Becoming

self-aware and waking up to our hopes allows us to focus on goals, strengths, and, positive ambition. Life is about enjoying the process of our motivation and aiming to better ourselves every day while enjoying the journey.

Full Flower Moon

Full Flower Moon

By Tara Sutphen

The Full Flower Moon (Native American) at 22* Scorpio will culminate, on May 12, 2025, 12:58 PM PDT/ 3:58 PM EDT (Farmers Almanac).

This Full Flower Moon is about improvement and refinement. How are you fairing in your everyday way of being. What areas do you need to recover emotionally or physically.  The first stages to bounce back in areas of health and vitality are self-compassion, plenty of sleep, and mild exercise. This moon reminds us of renewal on a cellular level. Quiet the mind and get centered again… you take the world for a ride, it doesn’t take you for one. Betterment is a key to progress.

The three indicators of burnout are:

  • Insufficient energy or fatigue
  • Being negative or feeling cynical
  • Performing poorly

This is not the time to feel ineffective, meek, or unmotivated; as others are set in place to help through struggles. Whether through listening to common sense, polishing your skill set, or being open to your elder’s/mentors’ suggestions. Throughout this month, stop to listen often, take notes, and proceed effectively.

Recovery:

  • Professional counseling, hypnotherapy, massage, or a support group
  • Monitor stress level – keep a journal
  • Change our mindset
  • Have a cup of tea
  • Nature watching
  • Taking a walk
  • People watching
  • Yoga
  • Stretching
  • Exercising
  • Epsom salt bath
  • Vagus nerve self-massage
  • Hypnosis
  • Massage
  • Set boundaries for yourself
  • Set boundaries for others
  • Healthy eating
  • Sleeping well
  • Good hygiene
  • Finding a hobby

When you’re going through bumpy times, it’s best to become aware of them. Proceed toward refocusing on the positives in your life and not the negatives. We can become disillusioned by people, especially when they show acts of unkindness. But that is on them.

You know when you’re being unkind to yourself. We can all be very far from where we think we should be emotionally or energetically. We can base values outside ourselves, instead of working on what creates our inner wholeness. We are given many shamanic and natural signs, where we are asked to turn away from dissension and negativity, and step toward our brighter futures, where we are getting into the practice of getting better and better.

Journal Questions:

Are you constructive or destructive:

  • About yourself
  • Or others
  • Family
  • Friends
  • Work arena
  • Neighborhood
  • City
  • State
  • Country
  • World

Are you trying to be invisible – or are you outwardly visible?

Are you seen as Constructive or Destructive?

  • House
  • Love
  • Family
  • Parents
  • Mate
  • Children
  • What do you want and why
  • Constructive or Destructive
  • Love
  • Career
  • Job
  • Health
  • Relationships
  • Friendships
  • Happiness
  • Exercise

How can you change: List 3 things if not 3 sentences

  • Love
  • Career
  • Job
  • Health
  • Relationships
  • Friendships
  • Happiness
  • Exercise

 Your Aspirations:

  • Spiritually
  • Emotionally
  • Intellectually
  • Materially
  • Physically

Relationships, friendships, and work can become less uncomplicated with shared enthusiasm.  Patience is a virtue, especially when listening to others’ wisdom and expertise. We learn how to achieve together in tandem. A lovely heart begins with ourselves and extends toward the goodwill of others. Trusting our intuition is a big component. Not everyone has your best interests at heart. But you can, by having the best intentions for others. It is important to live our truth… our progress is to regain our livelihood every day. It is a part of our fate and purpose to be the best we can be.

——

“Tears fall like liquid leaves

into the streams and full,

autumn-coloured rivers of our blood

And liquid leaves become crystal

in our winter fortress

before they flow

shifting, changing

rich red by grace of autumn

and fertile in the spring”

Psychic Danger Signs

Psychic Danger Signs

By Tara Sutphen CHt

I looked up at the sky and thought to myself; the line

clouds are staring at me. They were not chemtrails, they were actual

line clouds. The type my dear deceased friend Treesa used to

excitedly tell me about and read as an “I Ching” message. So I got off

the freeway and I put the “I Ching” message on my iPhone

notes to check when I got home. It was January 6th, 2025 and it

had been a calm day. Upon sitting down at home and opening

the I Ching book: My eyes popped open as I read the message:

“Danger”.

The meaning: It is careless to goad danger but critical not to

shrink from it. When dangerous conditions present themselves,

you must remain calm in the chaos. Gather your courage. Stay

Brave, Alert, and Focused.

First special message: Wait and let things reveal themselves.

Strive for clarity of mind. The way out of danger is blocked. There

will be a time of disorder, all you can do is wait…keep

persevering in high-minded conduct, and you become a living

example to your family and fellow man. Inspire others to create

order, thus you and others will be protected.

I know better than to just wave this message away! I wondered

Whoa, what is up!?” The next morning, I was getting ready to head to Pacific Palisades to

do sessions with five attorneys. We had changed our schedule the month

before because of the Franklin Fire in Malibu. And now we had another

“RFW – Red Flag Warning”. I got a text on my phone to stop forward progress

toward the residence I was going to visit. A fire had broken out in

the Palisades. Again this visual came up for me; my “inner sight”

would see a front door, swinging open and I would walk in and a

chair would be there with a printed throw over it and a lamp

which was turned on, and then as I looked deeper into the room,

it would be “only blackness”. I saw this vision a few times when I

thought of the destination, it would then fade into nothingness.

I would think, what is going on…

And yes… the house burnt down.

When do you take your psychic self seriously? I’m someone who

has always seen/heard/felt intuitively and experiences or sees

psychic symbols, which are images, signs, or even objects that

hold a specific message. I would write many of my observations or

hunches down when I first wanted to keep a track record. I still

record much of what I interpret when I’m reading for others.

I consider the “I Ching” shamanic symbolism. The I Ching, also

known as the Book of Changes, is an ancient Chinese divination

text used for guidance and decision-making, containing 64

hexagrams (six-line figures of yin and yang lines) and

philosophical commentaries.

I wondered who would be giving me messages in the sky? Would

Treesa be that powerful? Is it a message from God or the

Angels? Definitely, the cloud formations were a warning from

some higher powers that be.

Many of us get these messages all the time, but we put them off

as they don’t fit our schedule or mindset. I teach psychic ability,

just for times like this… many think it’s to be a psychic reader, but

it’s for everyone to open their mind to observe how we can be safe and

head in the direction that serves our lives. Safety first,

health second, success third, love fourth, and fun and games

fifth.

How do you recognize “psychic danger” signs? You could have a

dream or even a daydream. You can hear something and it’s

repeated. You can have the inner knowing, or you can feel it

deeply in your gut. Is your mind awakened to these messages?

It’s much different than just being a fearful person or worrywart.

You know when you are going toward “good energy”. And it’s

best if you do mental conditioning and exercises to begin to see

patterns or signs if you’re curious or too worried.

Many people mix up reality and illusion in psychic predictions.

And this is where people are leery of learning simple techniques.

The reality is as humans we are traveling on planet Earth which is

jettisoning approximately 65,000 mph through space. As a

species, we are all afraid of change. Gravity keeps us rooted on the planet,

it is the reason we age… maybe it’s a blessing that it is much slower than it could be. Our senses are dimmed.

Therefore our antenna isn’t as sharp as it could be. We have to

study things, our natural radiance is squashed due to the gravity

pull. As souls, we don’t remember where we came from or where

we’ll go when we die. It could be a dilemma, but it really isn’t. So

many people clip-clop through life without care for themselves

or others and still make it to a departure date. But wouldn’t it be

nicer if we individually released some of that gravity weighing us

down and began an easier path of a good-to-great destiny?

Tuning into our “tingler-senses”.

I had near-death experiences and I had to manage what I was

seeing, hearing, and feeling. I found hypnosis and wrangled it in…

I was a wide-open vessel and found that largely others need to

practice opening their senses once again. Usually, people who

are worrying a lot are empathetic but don’t know where it comes from… could be a person next to you on the street, in a store, family, or friends.

A few years ago, I heard a woman at my barn say “I’m going to

die if I try to ride my horse bareback” and at the time, why did I

have to hear that…I could’ve come an hour earlier? But then, I

heard her say “die” again and then again. And I knew, I was the

one who had to do something. So when she got on her horse, I

held him at the reins on the off side. Thankfully, as the near side

was a big wooden mounting platform I would’ve been

thrown into it. In seconds, I was in the chest of this horse as it

was rearing. The horse was stumbling backwards, me still

attached of course and the owner thrown to the ground. The

horse was going to fall on this woman, so I yanked him in the air

to fall the opposite way. The woman didn’t even notice she was

in danger.

My horses are lambs. But I work with them almost every day and

if not me, my horse nanny Kelly. I do horse therapy too. And all

the horses I’ve used in horse therapy have really liked it. When I

would show up, they would all beg to be chosen to work with me

and the client. I’m naturally inclined to “Horse Healers”.

But let’s face it, we find ourselves in dilemmas each and every

day. Driving. Crossing the street. Tripping over our own feet.

So what incredible skill would you like to learn first? Tuning

into your past, present, and/or future?

Clairvoyant – Clear sight and visions through their mind.

Clairsentient – Clear feeling and tuning in to feel your feelings.

Clairaudient – Clear hearing and audible messages from their

higher self, your higher self, their spirit guides, or angels.

Claircognizant – Clear knowing – gut feelings and inner and

outer knowing. Listen to yourself and others as they give the greatest clue on

where you need to start developing instincts. Remarks such

as “I hear ya”, “yes, I see”, “I know” “ya know”, or “I feel for

you” — Identifying in some way gives you clues on what is

your and others’ strongest Clair.

And if you are getting bad thoughts or feelings. What might it

mean? And if you are worrying raise your vibration and you

can say some prayers. And this is the bottom line: Using your

psychic ability is to gain clear and practical advice, not create

instability or chaos. It is to stabilize your heart and mind.

Helping you make the right choice and not a wrong turn. It’s

all about you and becoming your best self, your healthy you.

5-Day Psychic Intuitive Course

Full Worm Moon

Full Worm Moon

By Tara Sutphen

The Full Worm Moon and Lunar Eclipse (Native American) will culminate on March 13, 2025, at 11:55 PM PT / 2:55 AM ET (Farmers Almanac). We have a Total Lunar Eclipse. When we have an eclipse, it’s time to change or let go of something holding us back. Take time to meditate on what you’d like unblocked or cleaned up in your life as it brings something exciting or illuminating to each of us.

The moon will be cast in a reddish copper hue and it will be observable from the Earth’s Western Hemisphere. It will be visible in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, the Atlantic Ocean and the Arctic Ocean.

The Worm Moon wants us to concentrate on strong passions. This refers to profound feelings, enthusiasm, or desires. That energy is part of the life-force, the breath and blood of our existence. We need to feel supported when we connect to the life force and God’s light.

To regain passion we can connect to our values, explore new and exciting events and things, and surround ourselves with wise and helpful people. It is to find the pathway to practicing mindfulness and easy attainment.

Recreate Passion for Life:

1. Regain Perspective

2. Rekindle Friendships

3. Risk your Feelings

4. Create Atmosphere

5. Communicate

6. Listen

7. Don’t Dwell on the Past

8. Share

9. Don’t be harsh

10. Nurture

1. Attention: when you have started a habit or new pattern

2. Admit: what do you need to change

3. Communicate: what you need, to make a difference

4. Select: goals and needs

The aspects of every full moon gently guide us toward connecting to our deepest selves. We’re looking into the meaning of life and a deeper resonance of thought. You are tuning in instead of tuning out. You are allowing what energies are to leave your life, so you fully live the greatest and best you can. You are finally ready, you want to handle living on Earth instead of Earth handling you.

—— Life isn’t a full stream of happy emotions and no problems but it is about creating the life we want to live. Sometimes it is a slow and steady road…

Imbolc 2025

Happy Imbolc Blessings ~ by Tara Sutphen

Imbolc “IM-bulk” is a pagan holiday with many names. One of the Sabbats, it is an ancient festival generally celebrated on January 31, February 1, or February 2. It is also known as Candlemas, Brighid (“breed/bride”), and Oimelc (“EE-mulk”) which means ewe’s milk. It is the time of year halfway between December 21, the Winter Solstice (Yule), and March 21, the spring Equinox (Ostara). Imbolc is in the middle of winter but is the optimism of spring. The Egyptians and the Romans also celebrated this time, as it was the earth goddess giving birth to the Sun God. The time to ready seeds for the planting of food. A time of planning weddings, love, and romance. Days are getting longer and hope is renewed. The celebration is to light candles. The night of white candles turns the darkness into light.
