The Full Buck Moon at 6* Aquarius will culminate July 29, 2026, 7:36am pdt/10:36am edt (almanac). This Full Moon renews your ability to intellectualize your health and your work ethic. Allowing you to perceive what needs to change for your growth, well-being, and to create success.
There were those darker times, but now it’s about renewed living and taking yourself seriously. Creating your reality is optimal, reminding all of us to become useful. To live an authentic life can be satisfying. It may not lead to a neon sign saying you found your purpose, but it can easily lead you into a comfortable destiny.
Being kind to yourself is best, and don’t over-process your errors. Sometimes processing can lead to mind-looping, instead of forward movement. Don’t live solely in your head; make up your mind to move your body into steady substantiation. This would also mean being steadfast about your health.
You don’t have to feel like you’re falsely setting yourself up. The mistakes you’ve made are becoming visible. You’ve been working on your confidence. Time has given you a renewed sense of self-worth. Naturally rekindle faith and exude confidence. Courage doesn’t belong to the meek. We all know when we’re anxious. No matter how many times you’ve been knocked down or had to start in a new direction, keep a good attitude.
Awakening to your strengths. Endearing others in your family and social circle is a favorable way of life. While putting your best foot forward isn’t about marked perfection, it’s about good intentions and a moral compass. There is always a way out of blocks or problems; it’s not about escaping. It could be re-wording, re-working, re-framing, re-organizing, re-positioning, whether it is your health regimes, your job, your career, and your success.

How to be Charming and Polite:
Be Open in your body language and communication skills. There is no need to close yourself off or feel awkward in groups of people. Sometimes there are cliques of people who know each other, but be relaxed and act friendly. Trust you’re attracting the right people and not the wrong ones.
How to present Confidence. Be constructive, progressive, reframe all dos instead of don’ts, and yes over no. Pursue opportunities instead of creating blocks.
Compliments: express what you see and feel positively.
Check yourself, like a horse needing to be reined in. Try not to be undisciplined or become a fast talker, bossy, entitled, or asking too many personal or quick questions…remind yourself to slow down and be graceful. It’s not a race. Enjoy the event or situation.
Put your phone away or put it on airplane mode when visiting with others or taking photos. Your phone is a gift, but it’s nice to see someone in person and their true presence.
Mirror another when you sit or stand with others in a similar position. You both start to relax.
Be hospitable; remember to offer water, tea, coffee, snacks, or anything you’re eating or want to eat.
Be humor-able; not everyone has the same comic side. Be happy and put your best face on. If you dislike jokes, find more suitable conversations.
Truth: be honest and work at authenticity and tactfulness.
Kindness will get you everywhere.
When you practice Graciousness, you can win at anything. Don’t have to explain yourself; just be complimentary. Always say “thank you”. Acknowledge others’ effort and favorable behavior.
Be Attentive and listen more, and even hear yourself. Take care of you. Be kind to yourself. Everyone has issues, and it’s better to offer helpful anecdotes and understanding than to get drawn into gossip. Be aware of who and what is good for you.
Manners improve your life and be a great example. Help and support others. Help and support yourself. Life is forward progress.
Be understanding. Be open to listening to others’ experiences, stories, or goodwill. Be conscious of others. Make new friends.
Remember to smile, your greatest asset.

The Full Flower Moon (Native American) at 11* Scorpio will culminate, on May 1, 2026, 10:24 PM PDT/ 1:24 PM EDT (Farmers Almanac).
This Full Flower Moon is about reawakening to the light of Spring, it’s a time to arouse love and happiness. It is a Pagan Sabbat. Where the Celts used the Wheel of the Year as an annual cycle of seasonal festivals. Celebrating the solar events of solstices and equinoxes and their midpoints. Beltane | Beltaine which is halfway between the spring equinox and summer solstice is a celebration of the union of souls, the union of minds, and the union of bodies. The earth mother calls her progeny to replenish the earth. Flowers decorate hair and everywhere. Maypole ribbon dances, with two circles interweaving around a decorated tree or pole, clockwise dance circles. Bonfires or candles to spark the sacred fire of union and fertility.
This moon not only sits on Beltane but it’s also a full moon at 11* scorpio. This aspect is magical, poetic and mystical. Breathe deeply and realize this is a good to great moon to sit under, to meditate, to reset your best intentions for yourself. Change comes in mysterious ways. And this night is offering such a time to come to peace within your mind and heart.

Relationships, friendships, and work can become uncomplicated. Patience is a virtue, especially when listening to others’ wisdom and expertise. We learn how to achieve together in tandem. A lovely heart begins with ourselves and extends toward the goodwill of others. Trusting our intuition is a big component. Not everyone has your best interests at heart. But you can, by having the best intentions for others. It is important to live our truth… our progress is to regain our livelihood every day. It is a part of our fate and purpose to be the best we can be.

The Full Pink Moon at 23* Libra will culminate on April 1, 2026 7:13 pm PDT/10:13 pm EDT/ April 2, 2026, 4:13 am France (almanac).
This moon is reminding you to be constructive—no need to hurry or be hasty at this time. People or circumstances tried to hold you back in the past. But all of a sudden, you are feeling lighter and unhindered. You are looking forward to a graceful time. You remember when you used to have anxiety, but now you are feeling somewhat relaxed.
You’re finding inner resolve with not only your eating and good deeds, but also speaking your feelings, you’re becoming clearer and more in focus. Especially, since you’ve been practicing presence in the present. You don’t have all the answers yet. And… You’ve heard it over and over to create your own reality, but now you are sorcing, meditating, or praying consciously.
You don’t want to be stuck, so you’re willing to take it slower and enjoy the enrichment each and every person can bring. No matter how small the task, no matter how it serves you or not. It may only serve another, but you are there for the sacred space and goodwill.
Breathe deeply and take in some of this newfound focused momentum that’s in the air: the beauty, the fortuitous energy surrounding you. We are re-learning to live richly. It’s about tapping into “the good” in your life, and not the bad. To live with rose colored glasses might be the suggestion of the pink moon.
No grinding into the next hours or days, every day should be pleasant. It starts with us and how we expect it to be. We should come to expect balance and beauty, not opinions, snide remarks, or terseness. Our health depends on our will to be of a higher mind. Ya know, lacking passion is fatal. So it’s up to you to find it again, and again. The divine spark is in you, holding sacred space in your heart and mind.

The Full Worm Blood Moon (Native American) 12* Virgo will culminate on March 3, 2026, 3:33AM PT / 6:33AM ET (cafeastrology) with a full blood moon eclipse.
The Worm Moon is all about creating self-importance. And then, there will be a lunar eclipse, which will be a blood moon. When we have an eclipse, it’s time to change or let go of something holding us back. Take time to meditate on what you’d like unblocked or cleaned up in your life, as it brings something exciting or illuminating to each of us.
Have you been procrastinating or sabotaging your time or opportunities? Have you been taken advantage of by others? Do you secretly put yourself down instead of thinking the best of yourself?
This is the time to take charge of yourself. Looking inward and then outward. Don’t let life break you down; it’s supposed to be filling you with hope, vitality, and blissful moments. Not every juncture is a happy one, but it can be content. You might not be comfortable with being Lucent. But you are not an invisible person; you are a progressive human and need to be noticed and appreciated.
Allow yourself to put a pep in your step. If you need to become an authority in a craft or skill. Now is your time to start doing it. Your goal in life is to take care of yourself and be strong enough to take care of all your beloved family and friends. That is not giving anything away from yourself; it’s about your accumulation of more than you need. This can be energetic as well as materialistic.
So what are you wanting to give up with this eclipse? You can choose low self-esteem or the “I can’t do that”… It’s anything holding you back: people, upsets, jobs, lack of money, and useless feelings.
But you are awakening to the new dawn. Remember, money is make-believe; there is so much of it. Especially now, it’s limitless. Start believing, it is meant for you. Love is accessible; start believing in real love and unconditional love, it is meant for you. Health is your divine right. Believe in miracles and cures. In your meditations and visualizations, these beliefs are not pie in the sky; rearrange your viewpoint. Your confidence is in this renewal, start experiencing the good vibration in everything. Your mind is in sync with your voice and actions. You create your own reality.
Meditate: Close your eyes and visualize gold at your feet, wellness with every breath you take. Every glass of water you drink clears your body. Your heart is full of Love. Your mind is learning all the time. And as you call prosperity and love into your life, cooperate with yourself. Giving is as good as receiving, practice patience, and be authentic. You are the only one who can make yourself shine. It takes a smile, a nod, a thank you, a good attitude, a calmness, and then… it extends to great minutes, hours, days, months, and years. And we expect life to be that good.

The Full Wolf Moon (Native American) at 13* Cancer will culminate, January 3, 2026, 2:03 am pacific/5:03 am Eastern (Ephemeris). This Cancer Full Moon is about activating your speaking abilities. Knowing that your friends and loved ones need constructive conversations with you.
In this transformative period under the Cancer Full Moon, the cosmos is beckoning us to engage in meaningful dialogues. The emphasis is on activating our speaking abilities. Our voices hold the power to heal, inspire, and connect to our family and friends. As long as we detach from negativity and embrace constructive conversations. It’s essential to follow our best advice, guided by a clear sense of right and wrong. Putting a touch of enthusiasm into our speech. As we organize our thoughts, we should be vigilant of red flags, recognizing when situations may lead us astray. This clarity of thought will empower us to articulate our dreams, desires, and aspirations, both for ourselves and those around us.
This lunar phase also lets us know that listening becomes as vital as speaking. We should explore but not linger on what has hindered us in the past… be it a lack of knowledge, a health regime, or emotional barriers. But it’s important to honor our personal paths and realize that every bump and heartache has created you a bigger and better person.
As we stand at the threshold of renewal, we must acknowledge that this moment is a gift, allowing us to reconnect with our soul’s intentions. The journey of self-discovery and reawakening involves embracing the innocence and readiness we possessed at birth. We are called to reclaim lost parts of ourselves, merging them back into our essence. Life is an adventure, and as we embark on this journey, we realize that the path to balance and harmony is often marked by simplicity and common sense.

*How to become powerful: You must have role models to emulate; you don’t always have to be liked, but you must fulfill what people need. You will have to have a “Strategy and Skill”. You will keep strategizing, knowing how to guide yourselves and others into growth and abundance. Be careful, as you can end up working in boring jobs for many years and gain no real power or prestige. You can want recognition. But there is only one thing to remember and again plan for, power has “an end”. You will be usurped by the younger generation or go out of vogue in some way. If you can be fair and aboveboard, you’ll gain respect along with money. You can keep going forward, having a great life, well-earned, and be treated nicely in old age.
*Using your Intuition: Using your intuition and psychic ability to move forward. Feeling good about the decisions you make. Knowing when wrong feelings happen, they can indicate going in the wrong direction.
*When meditating, remember you’re going to go past your mind, and it’s set ideas, and proceed toward the heart, taking it deeper, releasing false sentiments, and just float in your divinity, going deeper and deeper to your very essence. Reaching into the core of your being. Shift into knowing you will begin to float in calmness as the eclipse takes away anxiety and confusion, replaced is gifts of knowledge and wisdom, quality of time, and being one with your adventure on earth.
—– “The most basic of all human needs is the need to understand and be understood. The best way to understand people is to listen to them.” —Ralph G. Nichols
Following Tara’s “under the stars” induction, you travel to a sacred stone circle in the middle of a meadow. Here, in the center of the circle, you meet a beautiful woman dressed in chiffon. As she chants, you experience an expanding vortex of power within: “Where light meets darkness … where the beginning encircles the end … where joy nullifies pain … we now choose to slip between the worlds beyond time, beyond space, and we invoke the positive powers of the Universe to assist us to manifest our desires.” Chakra balancing is followed with an inspiration ritual in which you open your heart and mind to the limitless positive potentials of life on earth. You withdraw an object from a box that relates to your purpose. Walking counterclockwise you recall a happy event from the past and transmit the vibrations into the present. A clock becomes a symbol placed in the circle to assist you make the most of your valuable time. Much more. 30 Minutes.TS216
We had the good fortune of connecting with Tara Sutphen, and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Tara, we’d love to hear what makes you happy. Tara: Looking inside to be cheerful. Even when I’m not sure of what that looks like, as happiness is a work in progress of fleeting feelings. Life is about presence, being genuine, and authentic. So many people struggle with shyness, lack of confidence, and fear. I love hypnotherapy as it bolsters the spirit, eases the mind, and sparks the body into activation. I use my psychic and hypnotherapist abilities to offer solutions. There is always a way out. My inner happiness may not always be giddy, but I’m deeply content; my path came early… to help others is my calling. Oh, and, deep happiness for me too… is to love horses, I do horse therapy too.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans, and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work. Tara: I could say it wasn’t a planned career, but every person I’ve met and all the events I’ve experienced are predestined. I faced many trials on my journey, which gave me a great depth of empathy and understanding. I am content and fulfilled with my purpose. I have always combined hypnotherapy and psychic ability together with my clients, students, and seminar groups.
At merely six weeks old, I danced with death, a fragile infant caught in a 7 1/2 hour surgery, given last rites, and not expected to survive. The NDE I had gave me an awareness that would guide me. As a baby and toddler, I was very aware of everyone’s issues and feelings. At eight years old, I was hemorrhaging and moved onto the operating table just as I had the last gasp, experiencing the euphoria and white light and having conversations with Ethereal beings. Yet another close call further deepened my awareness of mortality. It was during these moments that my psychic abilities emerged even further, leading me to connections with shaman, priests, and holy humans. They recognized in me as a kindred spirit, a vessel of untapped potential, and approached me easily. When I was young, I thought everyone experienced this…my world has been filled with “the seers”.
Raised in diverse environments, from the streets of the San Francisco Bay Area to the serene landscapes of Alaska, my upbringing was infused with a rich tapestry of cultural influences. The deep connection to nature, my horses, and the spiritual realm is evident in my practices, as I incorporate elements of shamanism and mysticism into my sessions.
I found that the combination of hypnotherapy and psychic intuition created a powerful synergy. Hypnotherapy allowed clients to access their subconscious, uncovering hidden fears and traumas, while my psychic abilities offered insights that transcended the conventional therapeutic boundaries. When I first ventured into the realm of hypnotherapy, it was with a sense of curiosity and purpose. I began to psychically connect using my innate divination skills. I sought to delve deeper into the subconscious of the querent. The practice of Telepathy, Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Clairsentience, and Automatic-Writing became bridges, allowing me to channel insights and messages that emerged during in-depth trance sessions. In this sacred space, clients would often relive their past traumas, uncover fragments of past lives, or past experiences of this life, where they sought my perceptions in each session. I’d uncover hidden layers of their issues while they were under hypnosis. I would be looking for solutions and seeking direction for their issues and problems. My experiences fostered a profound understanding of life, death, and the unseen forces that bind us all. This unique journey has not only shaped my career but has also sculpted my philosophy toward healing and self-discovery.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?Tara Exploring the Soul of Los Angeles with Friends!
When welcoming a friend to the vibrant city of Los Angeles, I always aim to craft an experience that is as refreshing as it is fulfilling. Upon picking them up at the airport, my first stop is always “Cafe Gratitude” in Venice, known for its nourishing, plant-based dishes that leave you feeling energized and inspired. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for rekindling our friendship after a long flight. As they head off to bed I give the a Nuskin rejuvenating and hydration face mask to use.
After a restful night, before coffee, I offer them a Lifewave X39 patch, to stimulate light wavelengths which help activate stem cells. I then love to introduce my friends to the healing power of horses. We head to the most serene location, my barn, where I offer horse therapy, allowing them to connect with these magnificent creatures. Whether it’s on a massage table or engaging in shamanic exercises, this experience is transformative and grounding. Following our equine adventures, we unwind with infused herbal teas at The Healing Tree in Thousand Oaks, a cozy spot that promotes relaxation and rejuvenation.
As the sun sets, it’s time to indulge in the culinary richness of LA. The city is a treasure trove of Mexican cuisine, and I often recommend Sabor in Valencia for a delightful dinner. The ambiance is enchanting, and the flavors are authentic, making it an unforgettable dining experience. Other favorite evening spots include The Odyssey in Granada Hills, where you can enjoy stunning views alongside delicious meals, and Cafe Habana in Malibu, known for its vibrant atmosphere and flavorful dishes.
For a touch of elegance, Gracias Madre in Beverly Hills offers a unique twist on traditional Mexican food, featuring organic and locally sourced ingredients. If my friends are in the mood for a romantic setting, Tra di Noi in Malibu is a must-visit, combining Italian flair.
During their visit, I also love to explore the natural beauty of the area. We stroll through the Huntington Gardens, a serene escape filled with lush landscapes and diverse plant collections, or visit the Lake Shrine, a peaceful spot ideal for meditation and reflection. And of course, no trip to LA would be complete without a wander along the beautiful beaches, where the sound of the waves provides a perfect backdrop for heartfelt conversations. Gallery’s, movies, plays and events are a must in the city as well.
Lastly, I often set up a session at my treatment room for some hypnotherapy from me, allowing my friend to unwind and explore the depths of their consciousness in a supportive environment.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?“Born Again to Be Together” is a heartfelt testament to the profound connections and unwavering support that shape our lives. Central to this narrative is Cynthia Hudson, the inspiring owner of Aspiring Magazine, whose encouragement ignites a flame of creativity not just within me but in countless other Angelenos. Her friendship acts as a beacon, guiding us to produce work that not only inspires but also aspires us to reach new heights.
The bonds I share with my best friends, Carmen Anderson and Marla Maples, are woven through decades of unwavering support and soul-deep connections. Each shared laugh, tear, and triumph adds layers to our friendship, making it a sanctuary where we can be our true selves. I often reflect on how fortunate I am to have collected such incredible individuals in my life. They are the very essence of humanity—kind, encouraging, and relentlessly uplifting.
Family plays an equally significant role in this tapestry of love and support. My family—William, Hunter, Cheyenne, and Everest—stand by me like pillars, offering strength and reassurance. The love from my brothers, Scott and Jason, my sister Amy, and our dear mother, Marianne, is an unwavering force that reminds me that no matter the challenges we face, love is always the answer.
This narrative isn’t merely about the people who surround me; it’s a celebration of the community we build together—a community that thrives on encouragement, camaraderie, and the shared belief that we can achieve greatness when we uplift one another. In a world that often feels chaotic, these relationships remind me that love and support can conquer all, and together, we can rise and aspire to be even more.
In my book “Soul Writers,” I have woven the essence of my friendship with Jess Stearn into a tapestry of shared wisdom and exploration. Jess was not just a friend; he was a kindred spirit, a beacon of light in my life, and our decades-long friendship.
Jess Stearn (April 27, 1914 – March 27, 2002) was an American journalist and author of more than thirty books, nine of which were bestsellers. We met in Hollywood at an Italian restaurant where people came to sing “opera”. The Lords of Fate clapped that day. Jess soon introduced me to my future husband, whom I married on his deck overlooking the ocean in Malibu. Each baby I had, he was present with the family in the waiting room. But he was especially tickled when I had a baby on his birthday! All holidays and everyday life was filled with camaraderie.
As we navigated topics like the power of intention, the significance of dreams, and the potential of human consciousness, I felt an exhilarating sense of awakening. He taught me that the boundaries of reality were often self-imposed, and that the exploration of metaphysics and the paranormal was not just an intellectual pursuit but a deeply personal journey toward understanding oneself and the universe.
As the years passed and my own work began to unfold, I started to realize how profoundly our paths had intertwined. Coincidentally, my research and pursuits began to mirror some of his own. The themes we once discussed—reincarnation, the nature of consciousness, and the exploration of psychic phenomena—found their way into my professional life. I found myself writing, teaching, and sharing insights that echoed the very ideas we had passionately debated on those warm evenings filled with laughter, wonder and lots of orange juice and/or my home cooking..
The experience of automatic writing has been both humbling and exhilarating. It is as if Jess, in his new form, is still passionately exploring the very questions that once consumed him. Each session feels like a dialogue with his spirit, as if we are continuing the conversations we once had, albeit on a different plane of existence. The messages that emerge are often profound, shedding light on the nature of the soul, the continuity of consciousness, and the interconnectedness of all beings. He challenged me to think critically and to embrace a unique voice, reminding me that every story is worth telling.

As conscious explorer’s, we want the journey of seeking personal happiness, fostering sincere connections, and creating a positive impact that inspires others to follow suit.

—— “Wisdom cannot be imparted. Wisdom that a wise man attempts to impart always sounds like foolishness to someone else … Knowledge can be communicated, but not wisdom. One can find it, live it, do wonders through it, but one cannot communicate and teach it.”

—— Transitions are a part of life, allowing for perpetual renewal. When you experience the end of one chapter, allow yourself to feel the emotions of loss and rebirth. A bud gives way to a new flower, which surrenders to the fruit, which gives rise to a seed, which yields a new sprout. Even as you ride the roller coaster, embrace the centered internal reference of the ever-present witness. ~David Simon
