Full Blue Moon
By Tara Sutphen
The Full Blue Moon (Native American) at 7* Pisces will culminate, on August 30, 2023, 6:36 pm PDT/9:35 pm EDT (Farmers Almanac). This Full Blue Moon is the second moon of one month. This Unusual Extra Moon won’t be showing up next year. But you must know it is emotionally charged; you may feel weepy, caged, or moody. But once you have a heart-to-heart talk with yourself or people close to you, you’ll feel good again. What do you want? How do you feel? This is about many aspects of your life. __ We have foundations of learning, either our mentors, teachers, and elders taught us the basics or didn’t teach us. You maybe just ignored them. Never too late. We also learn by example. Either way, we must re-focus. Start thinking about what creates your life instead of what breaks it.

Full Sturgeon Moon

Full Sturgeon Moon
By Tara Sutphen
The Full Sturgeon Moon (Native American) at 9* Aquarius will culminate, August 1, 2023 11:32AM PST/2:32PM EST (Farmers Almanac).
This Full Sturgeon Moon is about being proactive and making “headway” toward achievement.
Practicing self-awareness allows you to progress into who you would like to become. Reacting in a positive manner allows you to create situations of trust and calmness. People seldom gather their thoughts and wits in chaos. There are those people who can keep up with a frenzied pace. But are you stopping to listen and learn? Who is out there with sound expertise to help you learn to achieve?
How about learning to cope. There are issues, which happened in childhood or even as an adult, which can prevent our achievement of goals. Sometimes we need to reprogram our minds by positive reinforcement, hypnosis, or pure willpower.
Many people develop healthy skills to cultivate their consciousness. Do you need to make your voice heard above the frey? Or do you listen on a deeper level and take your observations with you to mull over? When you see a conflict or impending problem, are you able to dig deeply and bring your observations to the surface? Maybe you’re even ready to create a solution. We can’t skirt the issues that hold us back, we need to address the concerns which don’t serve ourselves and others, and make some headway in our lives.
To Become Conscious:
- Empathy: A sign of emotional intelligence is knowing how you are feeling… and being aware of how others are feeling. Everyone feels differently.
- Adaptability: Learning to react appropriately.
- Confidence: Being aware of your shortcomings and still acting in faith.
- Mindfulness: Becoming aware of the Present. You have this time on the planet to be in the “NOW”.
- Patience: Allowing time to be your ally.
- Kindness: No-one is perfect. Everyone needs a boost.
Journal Questions:
Who are you kind to:
- yourself
- others

- Children
Where do you build your life:
- Love
- Career
- Job
- Health
- Relationships
- Friendships
- Happiness
- Exercise
Are you present in your personal life or work life: List 3 things if not 3 sentences
- Love
- Career
- Job
- Health
- Relationships
- Friendships
- Happiness
- Exercise
Your Aspirations:
- Spiritually
- Emotionally
- Intellectually
- Materially
- Physically
What Inspires you:
(5 sentences or more)
Who Inspires you:
(5 people and why)
_____How do your actions affect your daily life and also the lives of others, especially your friends and family? Self-awareness requires acknowledging your emotions, it’s not really why you do the things you do or what you might say. But maybe you could identify how you handle those feelings and how any of those subsequent actions are good for your life or not.
Self-awareness allows you to monitor your emotions and reactions. It lets you know your triggers and weaknesses. What you really want to focus on is your strengths and positive motivation. Life is about enjoying the process, not feeling like you have to be on the defensive or reactive.

Attuning into the Present

Attuning to the Present
by Tara Sutphen
Attuning oneself to be present, while in the knowledge of the past and future is mindfulness. You can sit with yourself for a moment, meditate if it feels right and bring yourself to check in. Monitor how you feel, what you want, why you want it, is the day a good day and how to change it, if it isn’t. You are to be in the what’s happening of the “Now”.
Your assignment is to create a resolve by keeping your mind moving forward in a reassuring direction. Quieting your inner chatter. Calmly listening to your emotional harmony on a deeper level. Tuning into your heart beating. Integrating with the natural sounds around you. Attune… to you and your inner light.
Breathe deeply and practice being open and free from obstructions. The only thing that matters right now is your breathe and heart rate. You will be receptive upcoming of handling each new experience in an effective and conflict-free way.
MINDFULNESS:
- Sit or stand comfortably with your eyes shut or gazing for a few moments or minutes, breathing deeply, being relaxed and at ease.
- Listen easily and gently to where you are, and your environment around you. Remember to let the noise calm you, as you reframe it and allowing your viewpoint to change.
- If you start to challenge and chatter at yourself, bring your attention back to something lovely or positive. (no judgement, gossip, disharmony or bills, as they don’t matter in this moment).
- You are to give yourself a sweet talk and say, “I’ve got this”, “keep smiling”, “dare to be different”,“there are solutions near” “be the bigger person”, “You are strong”, “life is beautiful”, “life is an adventure”, etcetera.
- Practice being mindful in different locations. Needing to regroup is normal and should be done a few times a day.
- You’ll notice you have much more composure if you practice mindfulness.
New Book! Soul Writers by Tara Sutphen

New Book by Tara. https://www.amazon.com/Soul…/dp/B0C91KRHQF/ref=sr_1_3…
Tara Sutphen CHt has developed automatic writing into an art. With the assistance of her spirit guide Abenda, she has answered questions of troubled seekers who write to her for help. After 40 years of spirit contact, she can point to an astounding track record of proven accuracy.
To receive the communications, Tara goes into a theta-level altered state, and Abenda her guardian angel would find someone on the other side that knows the letter writer, their spirit guide or a loving entity who is aware of the problem. Under Tara’s spirit guide’s carefully orchestrated conditions, this soul controls her hand and the response was received via automatic writing.
In “Soul Writers” Tara asks introspective questions from three men she knew in life, who now reside on the other side. Two of the men were famous prolific authors Jess Stearn and her husband Dick Sutphen, and the other man was called “the Irish Seer” – Patrick Smith. The three of them were researchers in paranormal studies. It is only fitting they are trying to convey what they have found out through stretching and reaching beyond the unknown.
Example of a question asked in the book:
Q. Will We Stay The Same Being When We Go Live There
A.
Jess: You worry about losing your wallet. Well… you also worry about losing your body-suit. Did I like leaving my skin behind. No, but there isn’t a choice. I transform and must come to the next layover or station area. My laugh is the same, my jokes and laughing at my jokes is the same, my frustration is the same, but I am just being wayward rather than truly being upset. I think it makes me more interesting to keep my journalistic rhetoric.
Patrick: You’ll be pleasantly surprised one day. I was thoroughly surprised, especially as I was raised a nice Catholic Boy in Ireland. We breathed, ate, and slept with the church in mind. So I thought the angels would herald me on high when I got here. There are certainly angels, and I could have some heralding me, but it isn’t their normal. They really aren’t a tv show or entertainment. They are the beloved and devoted to anyone needing assistance. I ask them what is in it for them, and they claim sovereignty. I get it, I do. I want some kind of restitution and reinstatement as well. I feel expanded and limited in the same vein, I’m not feeling so different when I was alive yet I’m curiously not anywhere except where my consciousness takes me. You always wanted magic powers, this my friend is it. But there isn’t a reward. Not even a candy bar for your efforts. Many people want to leave their candy bars behind, but they should know you’ll miss them.
I have been a priest many lifetimes so it was curious to me to again die and not have the catholic teachings in place. But I am me in my holy form, I have chosen to serve and so I am one of what you would call the Holy Ghosts. I plan to stay here and continue to be of service, lend a hand to those hurt, fearful, lost or traumatized.
Dick: For me, I just got here really. I still get a candy bar if I want one. But I guess you go past the urge of food, once you’ve gone through sanctorium. I’m feeling very normal. I see an outline of my human body, experience picking up things and asking many questions. I thought I’d be afraid of this time, but I feel very much myself and better about me as well. I know I have a process to go through upcoming but I feel confident about being able to easily go into it. Especially as my friends are very much the same as before they died, so I’m not afraid. I have an overview now, I’m more aware of who and what was good for me in my life.
Abenda: I still carry the same astrological timing as when I was born in 1814. I feel very much the person I was on earth. I have the same values, but not the limiting thoughts or idiosyncrasies. My hologram is the years I liked how I looked, not the year I died. Since I don’t have a time of return on earth. I feel more myself here on this side of the veil. Not to say that everyone would think this to be the case. As with anything in life, there is a protocol and a systemic way of doing death. Thats why there are ghosts and lost souls, and if you agonize in life, you could be in a bad way here. As the timing is much faster and not at all easy. It’s important to do your best in life, so when you get here; you can have an optimal experience. No matter what happens, it’s how you react to your circumstances. Be above board, be charitable, be honorable. This is the adage of gaining merit points in heaven, certainly this is comparably true.
There are 87 questions asked in the book. Ranging from; do you see us clearly on earth, to why are we here on earth. What is love, money, death, and the importance of things including aging. Why problems with others. Are there other life forms beside us. Tara tries to ask a lot of questions. She says, “Just because the spirit dies might not make them smarter, but it may spark their curiousity and have them explain a summary of what they are experiencing.”

Summer Solstice

By Tara Sutphen
21st June
“In the world’s audience hall, the simple blade of grass sits on the same carpet with the sunbeams, and the stars of midnight” – Rabindranath Tagore (Indian Poet, Playwright and Essayist, Won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1913, 1861-1941)
Summer Solstice marks the end of the waxing year. And the rays of the sun directly strike one of the two tropical latitude lines. June 21 marks the beginning of summer in the northern hemisphere, as winter begins in the southern hemisphere. On this day, the earth’s “circle of luminescence” will be from the Arctic Circle to the Antarctic Circle. The equator receives twelve hours of daylight, as there will be 24 hours of daylight at the North Pole and 24 hours of darkness at the South Pole.
All over the world people honor this day as an important reminder of the apex of light and to cast away evil and their problems. Northern Hemisphere inhabitants use June 21 as the day of celebration, but the splendor of light lasts from new moon to full moon.
Worshipping the Sun’s great power, all cultures celebrate in some way. Celts and Slavs dance around bonfires while Chinese marked the day honoring Li, the Goddess of Light. The celebrants of modern and ancient ceremonies tune in that life comes from the sun. It is life giving and life supporting. We’ve recently had the good fortune to have electricity, greenhouses, and shipment suppliers. How will you celebrate? We all may not get a chance to dance around the bonfire but it’s a time to bask in the light, sit in the sun, cast our worries away and awaken to our lives.

Developing Communication

Develop our communication skills
By Tara Sutphen
1. Inner Knowing
What are you interested in? Are you building your self-esteem and confidence. What are your personal skills that you’ve developed. They don’t need to be academic or athletic skills, they can be being a good friend, mother, father or liking pets.
Connect with others when they are speaking. Your mind takes breathes, so you don’t always hear everything someone is saying to you. It’s easier in life if you are kind and leave everyone with a smile or appreciation.
3. Consistency
We don’t do any favors to anyone if we can’t keep our word, pull our weight and practice what we preach. Emotional Consistency is a key ingredient to lasting happiness. Integrity to your family and those you love are important.
4. Compromise
Knowing how to share.
5. Listening
Building a bond
6. Be Polite
Everyone deserves respect.
7. Ask & Receive
Effectively ask questions. The Answers might not always be from the person you asked but if we are patient the answer will not elude us.
8. Sharing
When we help and support others. Others help and support us.
9. Teaching
When we contribute what we know, we allow others to create a way to take care of themselves. Everyone interprets their way of doing things.
10. Do not interrupt
Listen more than talk
11. Ask questions
Be interested about others and our world
12. Curiosity
Don’t lose your curiosity, stimulate your mind by learning new things. Its considered one of the key things to staying youthful.

—-Deep introspection is brought to the fore as you are finding your voice again. What you felt locked up about is coming apart and crumbling. It’s no longer sealed, you can juggle what needs to be done, you do find your way. Your brain is metaphorically on a path where you hold a lantern looking for the right truth, the right answer, the right solution. And, you will find what you are looking for…
