New Moon 4* Aquarius

Full Wolf Moon
By Tara Sutphen
The Full Wolf Moon (Native American) at 20* Cancer will culminate, January 10, 2020 11:23am pacific/2:23pm eastern (Farmers Almanac). This Cancer Full Moon is an Annular Lunar Eclipse. When we have an eclipse, it’s time to change or let go of something holding us back. Take time to meditate on what you’d like unblocked or cleaned up in your life as It brings something exciting or illuminating to each of us. T
A cry in the wilderness. What holds you in any suffering. Any bad habit or block surrounding your abilities to flourish? They are to be vanquished. Are you listening to what creates good health. Have you been listening to what business skills you possess. Have you moved your body in the direction of prosperity and empowerment. It all begins with some good choices, determination and persistence.
Good choices:
You are wanting to start over on some of your dreams or revising what hasn’t worked. What has hindered you from getting what you want. Do you know what you want. It could be that you are missing pieces of your success formula, your health regime, deep wisdom, extra knowledge or your love techniques, but whether it’s learning a new skill, getting your health in order or experiencing love, designing your future is in the works. What has held you back is going to be surpassed with the eclipse, to be sure you’re going take charge again. It’s as you’ve been brought a gift, and in the present was exactly what you need, so definitely feel like you’ve gotten it. Remember to close your eyes and accept the best. Not only does your courage swell but you are renewed and given more than what you need. You’ll think, you are making up your mind, but it will be deeper than that, it’s your soul goals getting back on track. We have many opportunities to reboot and we don’t want the universe kicking our butts, we really want to make the best decisions for ourselves. So we’re given the chance to come back to a reawakening, but remember when we were born we had an innocence and a readiness to be on the adventure. We are to bring the lost parts of ourselves back into our soul essence, our willingness to play the game of life. We think there are tricky ways to do that, but it just takes common sense to rebalance our inner nature.

*How to become powerful: You must have role models to emulate, you don’t always have to be liked but you must fulfill what people need. You will have to have a “Strategy and Skill”. You will keep strategizing, knowing how to guide yourselves and others into growth and abundance. Be careful as you can end up working in boring jobs for many years and gain no real power or prestige. You can be wanting recognition. But there is only one thing to remember and again plan for, power has “an end”. You will be usurped by the younger generation or go out of vogue in some way. If you can be fair and aboveboard, you’ll gain respect along with money. You can keep going forward, having a great life, well earned and be treated nicely in old age.
*Using your Intuition: Using your intuition and psychic ability to move forward. Feeling good about the decisions you make. Knowing when wrong feelings happen they can indicate going in a wrong direction.
*When meditating, remember you’re going to go past your mind and it’s set ideas, and proceeding toward the heart, taking it deeper, releasing false sentiments and just float in your divinity, going deeper and deeper to your very essence. Reaching into the core of your being. Shift into knowing you will begin to float in calmness as the eclipse takes away anxiety and confusion, replaced is gifts of knowledge and wisdom, quality of time and being one with your adventure on earth.

| Meditation By Tara Sutphen Following Tara’s “under the stars” induction, you travel to a sacred stone circle in the middle of a meadow. Here, in the center of the circle, you meet a beautiful woman dressed in chiffon. As she chants, you experience an expanding vortex of power within: “Where light meets darkness … where the beginning encircles the end … where joy nullifies pain … we now choose to slip between the worlds beyond time, beyond space, and we invoke the positive powers of the Universe to assist us to manifest our desires.” Chakra balancing is followed with an inspiration ritual in which you open your heart and mind to the limitless positive potentials of life on earth. You withdraw an object from a box that relates to your purpose. Walking counter clockwise you recall a happy event from the past and transmit the vibrations into the present. Resoulution
By Tara Sutphen
Re-soulution time, it’s not only meeting another year with desires to aspire and solutions to attain, your soul had plans before you were born and it’s time to reactivate. How to do this: Breathing deeply for a few moments and taking the time to remember the people we love, reconnecting to our dream job, enhancing and learning more about our skills, eating well for nourishment, and beautify our inner and outer radiance. The soul goals are a roadmap on how to get back on track.
We know there will be wobbly periods when we have loved ones step away from us. People are ever evolving and we don’t always stay together. But there is something taught if we’re willing to listen on a deeper level. Many times we’ll be aligned with people who teach us who we don’t want to be. If only everyone was polite. Manners applied, all humans could convey information or wisdom properly, we are all on earth together for only a little while. Being mindful, creating strength, sometimes helping others along. Assisting others sometimes allows us to stay above the fury and the frey.
The steps. your innovation meets your communication skills meets your physical reality, allows for us to stay connected to what we say and what we do. Earth gives us many choices along with our opportunities and the not wanted “tests” or “clearings”. Sometimes it’s hard to have a positive perspective, but with practice: we become.

New Years Resolutions
List 5
—What is important. We have an internal barometer on what and who to value. It is an individual ideal. We know there are triumphs and misgivings, and the momentum is to ultimately lead us into a more satisfying lifestyle. The future is ever before us and the present lends itself for modeling and reworking ourselves. Every new year is an opportunity to become stronger in body and mind.

Winter Solstice & Yule
By Tara Sutphen
Dec 21: The Winter Solstice is a celebration of the heart, vessel of our dreams. Through the darkest time on the planet we are to find solace once again, returning to our inner resting place. Gallantly gazing upon our life’s daily uncertainty and unknowing future. May the earth fold us in comfort away from any harshness. As the light dims we are to harmonize and begin to sincerely replenish our hearts and minds. The pagans called this holiday Yule, where the people of Europe and Scandinavia made festive. It is not considered religious. The pagans were naturalists, such as the Native Americans and other indigenous communities around the world. They followed the course of the sun, the moon and cycles of the seasons for planting food and generally planning survival strategy. As winter comes we recognize our need to rest our minds, hearts and bodies while warming at the hearth. And as we come back out of the darkest day-night of the year and begin to gain more minutes of sunlight and replenishment each day. We linger for a glimmer of light to awaken, reconnecting our spark to life, to the sun and the conviviality of our own beating heart.

Full Cold Moon
By Tara Sutphen
The Full Cold Moon (Native American) at 19* Gemini will culminate, December 11, 2019 9:12pm PDT/December 12, 2019 12:12am EDT (Farmers Almanac).
This Full Moon indicates to find vibrancy again in your life. Open your eyes and take in all the good. As a human we have to readjust and allow ourselves to be shining brightly. No need to be in deep judgment. Formalize a youthful spirit by being spontaneous, breathing some fresh air, putting your smile on, adding style in your step and increase a heaping dose of friendliness. Taking life thoughtfully includes balancing our outlook and inner satiation. Looking at the redeeming qualities of everything instead of holding disdain. We all know we can get stuck going round and round about a problem or becoming broken hearted when someone has unsettled us.
Being vulnerable is understandable but we have to learn to let go of these experiences as fast as possible. We have things to do and a life to live, and the bottom line is paying attention and gaining a perspective to our future. We do this by working in an acceptable way, noticing our family and friends and treating them with care, sentimentality and fascination, and being accountable to our actions. We want to hold on to a certain way of life, and sometimes that doesn’t seem possible. Change is inevitable. Even with a lot of communication sometimes, there can be feelings not met and people tend not to articulate well or leave unexpectedly. Everyone identifies with rejection, personal mistakes, awkward and bad choices, while these situations are our toughest moments, we can recover and proceed. We are never to fall into despair. If we need support, there are people in positions to help. No one ever said life was easy, but it’s worth it. We can re-learn to enjoy ourselves with other humans. Really click in to appreciate yourself first and foremost. Stop setting yourself aside.
We don’t have to over-socialize or party every hour of our free time or during the holidays. We aren’t supposed to turn ourselves on to one group and not another; we are to be radiating with life-force, instilling some pizzazz, being consistent in our feelings, and being a little more curious about the people surrounding us in any situation. Everyone needs a pick me up, and we need to be present and interested. Most likely we can put away our phones and really listen to others, make eye contact and ask questions. We all know some people need to talk a lot and your objective may be to tune in, but give yourself some center stage time as well.
There are many different ways to start a conversation, one way is to discover common interests. When engaging, make effort to hear their stories or observations. It’s never a waste of time to make someone else’s day enjoyable. If someone wants to help fix your problems, always be open to good advice and solutions and don’t be afraid to reciprocate and offer your good recommendations.
Here’s some tips on how to be more inviting and relevant:
1. You are confident yet friendly
2. Matching a similar social tone
3. You observe yourself, but you’re not self conscious only respectful
4. Be polite
5. In an unflattering situation allow it to lead to laughter or understanding
6. Don’t put down others or fight
7. Share tips and remedies of any skill
8. Look others in the eye to acknowledge them
9. Don’t talk at people, converse with them
10. give & take speaking
11. Passing the *waiter test
12. It’s not a contest to see who is smarter
13. Say meaningful words
14. Drop the defensive shield
15. Be Polite
16. Listening
17. Not judging
18. Be helpful
19. Trust where you’re supposed to be
20. Enjoy the people you are surrounding yourself
21. Sincerity
22. Sharing
*waiter test – ones true character is revealed when being served by others
Everyone knows what’s wrong to do…bad habits, addictions, procrastination or rebelliousness. Bad tempers or isolation, release misfortune and start by being resourceful, capable and enterprising. Learning to listen again. Drinking plenty of water, and meditate. Resonating with the earth and expecting the very best instead of the very worst.

———-Shine in the world. Don’t feel alone or lonely, there are millions of people who feel separate or desolate. We all deserve great things in life. Don’t feel overwhelmed by too many people or problems, know there is a solution about everything. We don’t always know how to solve those problems, but help is around the corner, inner-strength can be renewed, hardships are overcome everyday.
The first step is your mind is in synch with your conversations that match your actions. When you succeed to align this, you will notice your life works in miraculous ways. You must trust the process, no matter if your life is moving as slow as a turtle or as fast as a hare. It’s our present moment that counts and how you conduct yourself each and every moment. It’s important, Make an effort to encourage and inspire others. Encouragement is useful. Reassuring another person of the effort they make, not only makes them feel validated but it also makes you feel satisfied.
—— “I have yet to find the man, however exalted his station, who did not do better work and put forth greater effort under a spirit of approval than under a spirit of criticism.”
