Re-soulution time, it’s not only meeting another year with desires to aspire and solutions to attain, your soul had plans before you were born and it’s time to reactivate. How to do this: Breathing deeply for a few moments and taking the time to remember the people we love, reconnecting to our dream job, enhancing and learning more about our skills, eating well for nourishment, and beautify our inner and outer radiance. The soul goals are a roadmap on how to get back on track.
We know there will be wobbly periods when we have loved ones step away from us. People are ever evolving and we don’t always stay together. But there is something taught if we’re willing to listen on a deeper level. Many times we’ll be aligned with people who teach us who we don’t want to be. If only everyone was polite. Manners applied, all humans could convey information or wisdom properly, we are all on earth together for only a little while. Being mindful, creating strength, sometimes helping others along. Assisting others sometimes allows us to stay above the fury and the frey.
The steps. your innovation meets your communication skills meets your physical reality, allows for us to stay connected to what we say and what we do. Earth gives us many choices along with our opportunities and the not wanted “tests” or “clearings”. Sometimes it’s hard to have a positive perspective, but with practice: we become.

We know there are triumphs and misgivings, and the momentum is to ultimately lead us into a more satisfying lifestyle. The future is ever before us and the present lends itself for modeling and reworking ourselves. Every new year is an opportunity to become stronger in body and mind.

Dec 21: The Winter Solstice is a celebration of the heart, vessel of our dreams. Through the darkest time on the planet we are to find solace once again, returning to our inner resting place. Gallantly gazing upon our life’s daily uncertainty and unknowing future. May the earth fold us in comfort away from any harshness. As the light dims we are to harmonize and begin to sincerely replenish our hearts and minds. The pagans called this holiday Yule, where the people of Europe and Scandinavia made festive. It is not considered religious. The pagans were naturalists, such as the Native Americans and other indigenous communities around the world. They followed the course of the sun, the moon and cycles of the seasons for planting food and generally planning survival strategy. As winter comes we recognize our need to rest our minds, hearts and bodies while warming at the hearth. And as we come back out of the darkest day-night of the year and begin to gain more minutes of sunlight and replenishment each day. We linger for a glimmer of light to awaken, reconnecting our spark to life, to the sun and the conviviality of our own beating heart.

This Full Moon indicates to find vibrancy again in your life. Open your eyes and take in all the good. As a human we have to readjust and allow ourselves to be shining brightly. No need to be in deep judgment. Formalize a youthful spirit by being spontaneous, breathing some fresh air, putting your smile on, adding style in your step and increase a heaping dose of friendliness. Taking life thoughtfully includes balancing our outlook and inner satiation. Looking at the redeeming qualities of everything instead of holding disdain. We all know we can get stuck going round and round about a problem or becoming broken hearted when someone has unsettled us.
Being vulnerable is understandable but we have to learn to let go of these experiences as fast as possible. We have things to do and a life to live, and the bottom line is paying attention and gaining a perspective to our future. We do this by working in an acceptable way, noticing our family and friends and treating them with care, sentimentality and fascination, and being accountable to our actions. Everyone needs a pick me up, and we need to be present and interested. Most likely we can put away our phones and really listen to others, make eye contact and ask questions. We all know some people need to talk a lot and your objective may be to tune in, but give yourself some center stage time as well.
There are many different ways to start a conversation, one way is to discover common interests. When engaging, make effort to hear their stories or observations. This Full Hunters Moon is about taking action and working on securing your life. Many people are on an uphill battle in some area of their lives. How is it we can help ourselves. We work on our health and well-being first and foremost. And how to do it is… Taking charge and proactive movement. It’s not talking about it, it’s not thinking good thoughts, wisdom only comes when we move our intentions into action. It’s not about rigidly being right or perfectionistic, it’s about getting out of our own head to make the best choices for ourselves. It’s about getting a foothold on forward progress. As we advance we then easily boost ourselves and then facilitate our family and friends.
You are given advice and wise choices everyday. But are you listening? Do you eat your greens to promote your Lifeforce, do you meditate and rest, do you exercise and eat enough to promote your inner fuel to give you the impetus to be strong. Do you study what interests you, do you work at a job you like, are you employed by fair and decent people, are your friends constructive or destructive in your life… the list goes on and on. Choices.
What is our recourse. Generally everyone is afraid of making mistakes, but do we make the best selections when we weigh all our options? Where is there opportunity and sometimes with risk, or possibilities of peace. It’s what we decide we’re willing to develop through creating our own reality. We can pinpoint lucidity or go round and round in confusion. Never knowing what we want or making a commitment. We could weigh ourselves down or make the decision of what we want.

_____Encouragement is useful. Reassuring another person of the effort they make, not only makes them feel validated but it also makes you feel satisfied. No matter who thinks they act alone on the planet is not telling the truth to themselves. The farmer created food for you to eat and there were contractors to build your house. Let alone all the workers creating electronic equipment, entertainment devices, and cookware. Sewing you clothes and making your soaps, creating medicines and vitamins. We aren’t lone wolves, no matter what. Activate your abilities and strong skills, you have the ability to create the life you long for…
